Ordering & Delivery


  • All Items are sent out 1st Class Recorded Delivery. Items can be traced via Royal Mails Trace & Trace Service.
  • Tracking Number willl be sent via Payment gateway used once item has been Dispatched.
  • If there is a deadline for when you wish to receive the goods by please email us and let us know.
  • We aim to despatch all instock items within 48 hours.
  • Special Order items are ordered on Mondays direct from US, which could take upto 21 working days. We will advice you as soon as possible if this is the case.
  • Please allow upto 10 Working days for delivery especially at peek times.
  • All Items are sent in unmarked packaging although return address is attached, Company Name is Not Stated on the Package
  • Please Check with your Local Sorting Office 1st, if you have not received your item within 3 days of receiving your tracking Number
  • Any Uncollected items which are returned to us by Royal Mail will incur a £4.50 Redelivery cost before item is Reposted Out

Returns & Replacements

 

Noticifation of Intent to Refurn must be made within 5 Days of Delivery Date on Package to returns@lingerieseduction.co.uk

All Returns must have Returns Confirmation Number. RCN will be sent on request.

Returns must be Received withing 10 days of Package Delivery Date

A £4.50 Restocking Fee will be incurred on All Returned Items.

Origianl Postage paid will Not be Refunded

Returned Items must be returned in original packaging, with attached/undamaged labels & packaging, to receive Full Refund (less the Restocking Fee) Any damaged Returns will incur a reduction in Refund.

Items not covered by our returns policy under the DSA2000 - stockings, tights, bodystockings and any other item classed as hosiery 'which by it's nature goes out of shape when tried on', Please do not return these items they will not be refunded and will be destroyed immediately upon receipt.

We Accept No Responsibility whatsoever for items missing in the post which have been returned to us

If items are lost/missing it is the customer’s responsibility to claim from Royal Mail. So please cover yourself with the suitable Postage service.

NOTE : Royal Mail state an item is not missing until 15 days after posting
